Please bring your foot control, electrical cord, and bobbin case. Leave your machine threaded and bring a sample of any poor quality stitching to help us diagnose problems. No appointment is necessary. Out of town customers can arrange for a Same Day Service depending on the technician's availability. There is a prepaid service deposit of $45.00. It is not refundable if your machine is not repaired. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the service when you pick up your machine.
